Relationship Manager, Private Banking

Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) and High Net Worth (HNW) clients, serving as their trusted advisor in banking and investment matters.
Achieve annual revenue targets by identifying client needs, recommending appropriate products and services, and executing transactions effectively.
Proactively seek out and capitalize on business opportunities to increase our client’s market share within the private banking sector.
Provide expert advice on investment products and services, staying abreast of market trends and developments to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Actively engage in prospecting and networking activities to acquire new UHNW/HNW clients, leveraging existing networks and building new ones.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our client’s product suite, contributing insights for the development of new products and services to meet client needs.
Supervise and monitor delegated tasks to ensure quality service delivery and meet client servicing needs effectively.
Foster partnerships with other departments within our client’s organization and third-party entities to maximize business synergies and enhance client experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record; CFA qualification is advantageous.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Private Banking or related field.
Demonstrated success in sales and relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
Forward-thinking, self-driven individual with a proactive approach to business development.
Proficiency in investment knowledge and client interfacing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
